MICHAEL J. SCLAFANI

President

Mr. Sclafani is a native of Brooklyn New York. Mr. Sclafani has been an entrepreneur for the last 44 years.

Michael started the first Bagel Bakery in Boulder, CO. (1978 - 1995). He grew the company from its inception to be the largest manufacturer of both fresh and frozen bagels in the state. His distribution included mainstream supermarkets such as Safeway, Kroger, and Alberstons, as well as natural food markets including, Whole Foods, Wild Oats, and Sunflower Markets (now Sprouts). Distribution to institutions included the University of Colorado, Colorado State University, and several frozen food distribution companies like Sysco, Shamrock and Kraft Foods.

In 1998 Michael founded Wall Street Communications, Group. A boutique Investor Relations Firm, specializing in helping small to mid size companies reach their financial goals and raiseing capital. Michael introduced them to the financial community by telling their story to brokerage firms and exposing these companies to various institutions which helped to increase their market awareness and support. In 2005, Mr. Sclafani assisted in taking the World of Pro Beach Volleyball public. He raised several rounds of financing and was responsible for designing and introducing the AVP to its most lucrative title sponsor, Crocs. That sponsorship was worth more than 25 million over 3 years. He was instrumental in assisting the company’s growth from 6 million to over 25 million in revenue in less than 2 years. Mr. Sclafani started a Sports Technology company, Sportsfood Inc. in 2013 specializing in Liposomal rehydration.

PETER CUNEO

Peter Cuneo is an American businessman and recognized leader in strategic and financial turnarounds. For both public and private companies, he has restaged businesses at Clairol, Black & Decker, Remington and Marvel Entertainment.

Since 1983, he has completed seven turnarounds of distressed branded businesses in the global media and consumer products sectors. From 1999 to 2009, Peter played a lead role in the turnaround of Marvel Entertainment Inc. (NYSE-MVL). As President and CEO, he led Marvel, post bankruptcy, to a prominent position in the entertainment industry. He then served as Vice Chairman of the Board, providing active strategic leadership as Marvel continued to grow into one of the world’s leading entertainment brands. This culminated in a $4.5 billion sale to Disney at the end of 2009.

JOSEPH S. RIZZELLO

Joseph was brought in as chairman of NewSquare in 2014 to grow the firm into an outstanding investment management firm. Under his leadership, the firm has experienced significant growth and expanded the suite of investment options to include some truly innovative investment approaches. He has also expanded and significantly strengthened the team by bringing in individuals with deep industry experience, diverse areas of expertise, and this prerequisite: a truly collaborative mindset.

Looking back on his long, successful career in the investment industry, Joseph sees a strong theme. While each challenge has been unique, what has brought success has always been the same: his passion for problem-solving and his skills at building exceptional teams focused on finding innovative and workable solutions to the most critical issues. It starts with clearly defining the issue, finding the best talent, empowering them, and creating a culture that fosters innovation, lets talent thrive, and delivers success.

In his distinguished 40+ years career, Joseph has held senior positions with top-tier organizations, including serving as CEO of the National Stock Exchange, New York City; co-founder of the Mind Capital Group, Philadelphia; president of Pershing Trading Company, Jersey City, New Jersey; a principal in charge of Vanguard's Broker-Dealer, Malvern, Pennsylvania; and executive vice president of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. He has also served on the boards of various financial industry associations. His most rewarding educational experience was his participation in the Wharton School's 3-year Executive Program in partnership with the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA).

He is highly regarded in the industry as an authority on ETFs, a senior advisor on market structure, a marketing expert, and a new product innovator. A role he especially treasures is that of speaker and lecturer at prestigious universities around the world (including INSEAD, University of Grenoble, Temple University, and the London School of Economics). For the last two years, Joseph has been Entrepreneur in Residence for the Cottrell Entrepreneurial Leadership Center at West Chester University.

Joseph lives with his wife, Daria, in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. They love spending time with their four adult sons, Damien, Justin, Marcus, and Xander, and their families and are blessed with five grandchildren.
